G-Men

Tan Tan Noodle

RCMP Ramen

G-Men is back! Few months ago, I got to the old location and thought that it had closed down permanently but luckily it has reopened on the busy street of food – Alexandra Rd. Now I can satisfy my cravings once again. I have to admit that parking is terrible around that area but I guess it’s worth it for some delicious ramen! Still in a quite small store but the decor seems nicer and their menu has changed drastically. They have much more variety with a lot of different appetizers as well. I decided try the Tan Tan Men which has a thicker soup base. It was actually a little spicy too! Definitely great ramen and I have yet to try some of their appetizers too!

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

Miso Ramen

Always hearing fabulous stories about Santouka for their delicious ramen, so finally decided to check it out. This place is always packed! Line ups, but totally worth it. The soup base is delicious and is said to be one of the best authentic ramen restaurants in Vancouver. Kintaro is my other favourite. Prices are on the higher end for ramen compared to other restaurants, but quality is what it’s famous for! So definitely worth it!

Here are some pictures of Japanese food I had in San Francisco! I stayed at a hotel in Japan Town, so my hotel was actually connected to a Japanese mall with a whole building of Japanese restaurants! Here are two restaurants that I ate at. They were all authentic Japanese owners and the quality of food was excellent.
